Besides working in the dental industry for 30 years, Dawn Morehead spends her time ballroom dancing, creating shell mosaics (an art known as “sailors’ valentines”) and reading. Dr. Morehead has been ballroom dancing for several years and has competed in Puerto Rico, Las Vegas and Manhattan. Most recently, she competed in the Capital DanceSport Championships in Washington, DC. See the photos on this page for a glimpse of Dr. Morehead in action!
When she’s not dancing, creating mosaics or seeing patients, Dr. Morehead can be found lifting weights or spending time with her cat (Calvin) and canary (Blabby).
